DATA PRIVACY CONSENT/AGREEMENT

It is the policy of Virtual Office Philippines. (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) to respect and uphold data privacy rights pursuant to Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012. In line with this, the Firm commits to ensuring that all personal data provided by the clients (hereinafter referred to as the “Consultation”) are being processed pursuant to the general principles of transparency and for the purposes for which they are intended. Processing is hereby understood to include any operation or any set of operations performed upon such personal information including, but not limited to, the collection, recording, organization, storage, sharing, updating or modification, retrieval, consultation, use, consolidation, blocking, erasure or destruction of data.
